Dark as midnight and beaded with dew, these plums have a glossy indigo skin that snaps to reveal ruby-red, juicy flesh. Sweet with a refreshing tartness, they are a late-summer treat: wonderful fresh, roasted with honey, or simmered into a compote. Each one hand-selected at the peak of ripeness.
