Every Motsveva order is packed by hand and posted from the UK. Here’s what to expect when it comes to delivery.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom. If you’d like to order from outside the UK, please email us at hello@motsveva.co.uk before ordering and we’ll do our best to help.
Free UK shipping
Standard UK delivery is free on orders over £20. Under £20, choose the option that suits you at checkout: Standard delivery (£1.95, Royal Mail 2nd Class) or Tracked delivery (£3.45, Royal Mail Tracked 48), which comes with a tracking number you can follow.
Dispatch time
Order before 2pm on a business day and we’ll pack and post your order the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or at a weekend, go out on the next business day. If an item is running low, or anything else would delay your order, we’ll let you know before it ships.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, standard UK delivery usually takes 2–4 business days via Royal Mail or a trusted courier. Delivery times are estimates and can vary during holidays or peak periods.
Tracking your order
Where a tracked service is used, we’ll email you tracking details once your order is on its way. You’ll also receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and when it ships.
Missing or delayed parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@motsveva.co.uk with your order number and we’ll investigate right away.
Incorrect delivery details
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
