Delivery
How much is delivery?
UK delivery is £1.95 by Royal Mail 2nd Class, or £3.45 by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery is free on orders over £20.
When will my order be sent?
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same working day. After 2pm, or at a weekend, they go out on the next working day. Royal Mail then usually takes 2–4 working days.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We only ship within the United Kingdom.
The products
Why are the sizes in ounces?
Some of our stock is packaged for the American market, so the pack prints sizes in ounces and follows US labelling conventions. Where that is the case, it is stated on the product page.
Are the products genuine?
Yes. Everything is bought sealed, in its original retail packaging, and stored here.
Will it be in date?
Yes. Where a pack carries a best-before or expiry date, we list it on the product page.
Will you restock?
Often not. We buy in small quantities, so when something sells out it may not come back.
Ordering and payment
What can I pay with?
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, plus Clearpay and Klarna at checkout. Payments are processed securely and we never see or store your card details.
Can I change or cancel an order?
If it has not been dispatched yet, usually yes. Email us as soon as you can with your order number.
Returns
Can I return something?
Most items can be returned within 30 days. Sealed beauty and health items cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons. Full detail is on our Returns page.
