This Privacy Policy explains how Motsveva (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit motsveva.co.uk or place an order. We are the data controller for the personal data we process, and we comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Information we collect
- Order & account details: your name, billing and delivery address, email address, phone number and order history.
- Payment information: processed securely by our payment providers (such as Stripe and PayPal). We do not see or store your full card details.
- Communications: messages you send us and, if you opt in, your newsletter subscription.
- Usage data: basic, anonymous website statistics collected via a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool (Umami). This does not track you across other websites.

- To send marketing emails, only where you have opted in — legal basis: consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.
