Welcome to Motsveva. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of motsveva.co.uk and any order you place with us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Motsveva is an online shop selling beauty and everyday essentials, based in the United Kingdom. Motsveva is a trading name of Rosen Rumenov Hadzhiev, a sole trader.

2. Placing an order
When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received it. A binding contract is formed once we send you a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock or there has been a pricing error — in which case we’ll refund any payment in full.
3. Pricing & payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged and the price you see is the price you pay. Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment providers (such as Stripe and PayPal). We take care to ensure prices are accurate, but if we discover an error we’ll let you know before processing your order.
4. Sealed beauty and health items
Cosmetics, suncare and other health or hygiene products are sold sealed. Once a seal has been broken we cannot accept a return for change of mind, as these goods are not suitable for resale for health protection and hygiene reasons. Some packs are labelled for the United States market; where that is the case it is stated on the product page, and you should read the directions on the pack before use. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect due to our error, we will put it right.
5. Delivery
Delivery timescales and costs are set out in our Shipping & Delivery page. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
6. Cancellations, returns & refunds
Your cancellation and return rights, including the exemption that applies to unsealed hygiene items, are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, designs and product photography — belongs to Motsveva and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
8. Our liability
We take great care with our products and website, but we do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.
9. Privacy
We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the one that applies.
